The Undeniable Stack, Founding Cohort

Here’s what we’re doing...

I’m opening a small founding group in November for consultants who want their client work running on a system they own, so they can take on more engagements without giving up more of their week.

In six weeks, we’ll do 3 things.

1.

Set your system up once. You’ll leave week one running a configured system that knows your standards, how your work should read, and what may never go into it.

2.

Run your real client work through it. Not demos. Your actual engagements, in the room with me, every week.

3.

Package it so it repeats. Everything you built becomes an engagement startup kit, so your next client starts configured on day one.

My goal is that six weeks from now you’re doing more client work in fewer hours, and you know exactly how to repeat it.

Set it up once. Run it on real work. Package it so it repeats.

I’m taking 6 people because this founding group is my case studies, so I’m in the room with you on your build every week.

Read the details below to see how it works, who it’s for, and what we’ll build together over the six weeks. Then apply if you want one of the 6 spots.

Idris

I’m going to work with 6 consultants to get their client work running on a system they own, so they can take on more engagements without giving up more of their week

Our goal is simple. Set it up once. Run it on real work. Package it so it repeats.

By the end you’ll have:

  • One configured system that knows your standards, your style, and your boundaries
  • Your real engagements running through it, with a review gate before anything leaves under your name
  • An engagement startup kit, so your next client starts configured on day one
  • A written plan for your next ninety days

You already know how to do the work

You’re good at what you do. Clients come back. The work gets delivered.

The problem is what carrying it costs you. Usually 3 things are getting in the way.

1.

Every engagement starts from scratch. Your most repeated deliverable gets rebuilt by hand, every single time.

2.

Switching between clients costs you an afternoon of reloading before you can do an hour of real work.

3.

You’re using AI like a chatbot you visit. No configured standards, no boundary for client material, so you can’t trust it with the work that matters.

Those are the first things we fix.

I built this system for my own consulting practice, and I run my client work on it every week. This founding group is where I prove it works in practices other than mine, and that’s exactly why you’re getting it at founding terms.

It’s a small group, so I’m looking for the right people.

This won’t work for you if you...

  • Have no real client work on your plate right now
  • Want to watch lessons instead of building on live engagements
  • Can’t make Monday evenings at 7pm Eastern for six weeks
  • Won’t report back on what happened, including the parts that went badly

But if you...

  • Are a consultant, fractional professional, or 1099 tech professional with real client work right now
  • Are carrying more than one engagement, or want to be, and the juggling is what’s holding you back
  • Will run this on real work each week and tell me what happened
  • Are friendly and coachable, and you’ll be fun to build with
Then this could be the six weeks where your practice stops running on memory and starts running on a system.

The plan is simple

Part 1: Set your system up once

Most consultants use AI like a chatbot they visit. You’ll leave week one running a configured system that knows your standards, how your work should read, and what may never go into it.

It runs on your own setup, with training turned off and retention settings checked, and a written boundary for each engagement. That boundary means you decide what client material goes in, and what never does. It’s the piece almost nobody else has.

By the end of Part 1 you go from “I don’t trust AI with client work” to “my system knows my standards and my boundaries, and I decide what goes in.”

Part 2: Run your real client work through it

Not demos. Your actual engagements, in the room with me.

Your most repeated deliverable becomes a pipeline. Your meetings turn into actions with owners. Switching between clients stops costing you an afternoon of reloading, because the system hands you the context when you arrive.

And before anything leaves under your name, a review gate tells you what is still missing.

By the end of Part 2 you go from “every engagement starts from scratch” to “my real client work runs through my system every week.”

Part 3: Package it so it repeats

Everything you built becomes an engagement startup kit. Your next client starts configured on day one, and you leave with a written plan for your next ninety days.

By the end of Part 3 you go from “this works for my current clients” to “I can take on the next engagement without giving up more of my week.”

We build it together

We meet live on Zoom every Monday at 7pm Eastern for 90 minutes, for six straight weeks. Each session ends with something built and working, not a topic covered.

There’s also optional Wednesday Office Hours at 7pm Eastern. It’s a drop-in hour: bring what you’re stuck on, get your own turn with me on your build, about ten minutes each, and leave once you’re unstuck. Nothing new is taught there, so you never fall behind by missing one. If your question involves client detail, we take it to a private breakout room. There are no Office Hours on Thanksgiving eve, and the last one, Wednesday December 9, is our wrap.

You’ll be in a private community with me between sessions for questions and feedback. Because this group is my case studies, you’ll get more of my attention than any future cohort ever will.

You’re not spending six weeks watching videos about AI. You’re rebuilding how your practice runs.

Plan on 2 to 3 hours a week, sessions included.

We make it easy to get started

We kick things off Monday, November 2.

Get started for $1,350, then $1,350 on November 10. Or pay $2,500 once and save $200.

By the end of session two we’ll both know whether this is working.

Come to the first two sessions and build with us. If by the end of session two you don’t believe this will change how you run your practice, tell me and I’ll refund everything you’ve paid and cancel any remaining payment. No questions asked, no hard feelings.

So there’s no real risk in getting started, is there?

What I won’t do is run your engagements for you. You bring the client work and you do the work. I’ll be in the room with you building the system, reviewing what comes out of it, and making sure it holds up on your real deliverables.

Here’s the QuickFacts

Then you’re probably my kind of person.

If this sounds like you and you want one of the 6 places:

I’d love to build with you.
